MSA was founded by Paul D. Bojic Esq. and John H. Georges Realtor/Developer with the vision that a client would enjoy the benefits of having a wide array of private mortgage and lending services under one roof.

Paul D. Bojic, Esq. is a real estate attorney, and mortgage broker with over 25 years of real estate and legal experience. 

John H. Georges, a real estate and mortgage broker, brings the insight and industry knowledge of over 25 years banking, mortgage, and real estate experience. 

Both Paul D. Bojic, Esq. and John H. Georges are highly qualified and experienced individuals that excel at providing mortgage, lending, and advisory services to their clients. Let's face it. 
Today's financial market is not amenable or receptive to the average borrower.  We believe that equity financing is the answer.  MSA's specialized loan programs are based, first and foremost, on the equity and value of the property while credit and borrowers' income remain secondary.
