MSA only offers secure and safe first trust deeds. These opportunities offer high yields for investors as they are always secured by a first-trust deed mortgage loan position.  How much you wish to invest is completely up to you.  The minimum we require is $25,000.

Your investment, if less than $150,000, may be pooled along with other investments with the same manner of security.

Most of the loans that MSA processes and secures offer an average of 12% annual interest.  Your specific investment is secured by a first deed of trust and a promissory note attached to the property that is being used as collateral.  All of the loans that MSA processes and funds go through a stringent process, meet specific guidelines, and never exceed a 65% loan-to-value based on today's market.  All transactions go through an escrow process, have title insurance, and recent appraisals.

MSA handles the complete servicing of each loan.  We collect the monthly payment, and assure quick delivery (your choice of check or direct wire) to your specified account.  Please note that your trust-deed investments are approved for IRAs.  MSA can assist with all the paperwork.
