MSA pays referral fees to licensed California real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, and lenders.

Fast and Simple

Submit a quick loan application on behalf of your borrower.  The type and value of the property, basic information regarding the transaction, an appraisal (if possible), and the amount the borrower requests.  MSA will structure a loan program specific to the loan borrowers' needs.

MSA will review the request and get back to you within 24 hours.  We ask each broker and/or lender to add the fees they wish to earn to our quote.  That quote is returned back to MSA, at which point we communicate and fully disclose all participants, fees, and costs, to the borrower.  Upon the borrower's approval, we begin the loan process.  The referral fee will be paid through escrow upon funding and recording of the loan.

We do not pay any referral fees to non-licensed individuals.
